Please include the brand, model number and any other pertinent information that may aid us in assisting you faster. Texting or emailing links of your product will speed the process up. 


We do our best to respond to each and every customer in a timely fashion in the order that we receive requests. If you call and do not get an answer please leave a message with your name, phone number, location and type of service you are requesting and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Most requests are answered within 24 hours.

In order to better serve you, please note if you have already ordered your product or if you already have it in your home. Also include your expected delivery date as well as your preferred installation date along with any other important information. For a faster quote, include a link of the product from the website you purchased it from above in the detailed description of service box. If you have not yet ordered your product and need help choosing one we will gladly assist you with any questions you may have.


We DO NOT schedule installations on the same day as delivery as there are too many variables that may delay your delivery from an outside carrier. In order to make the process easier, we prefer to schedule installation the day after delivery or when convenient for the customer. If you have a few possible dates in mind, please list them. We schedule all installations with a 4 hour arrival time frame.


All indoor assembly products must be located in the room that you wish for them to be assembled in. If your product is located in your garage or another part of your home and needs to moved to a different room in your home a handling fee will be applied. All outdoor assembly products must be located within a short distance of where you wish for them to be assembled. If a delivery company has left your backyard product in your garage or driveway a handling fee will be applied unless the distance is reasonable.


An adult at least 18 years of age or older must be present during all installations. No technician will be permitted to remain on premises without an adult present. We understand that children get excited to see there new play set or basketball hoop get installed. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not let your children in the work area until the technician completes all work and tells you it is safe for the children to play. Power tools are used on most projects so we kindly ask for your cooperation for safety purposes. We also ask that you keep your pets away from the work area as well.





All prices and rates that are quoted are based on a national average and our years of experience in our industry. We are a certified professional product assembly and installation company. Please do not call us and ask us to beat a quote you received from your local handyman. We give a not to exceed flat rate for all installs. In order for this to be accurate we ask that you give us all information needed in order to quote you properly. Any information not mentioned can possibly lead to an increase in price.




All cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to the first hour of the scheduled time frame. A trip charge will be applied to all appointments that were not rescheduled within 24 hours except for extreme circumstances.




Please upload your purchase order from Ikea listing all of the article numbers and email it to us at, along with the expected delivery date. 



A non-refundable deposit will be required to cover all additional materials. When your job is completed the deposit amount will then be deducted from your total cost.
